Take a Breath

Do you remember picking a dandelion, making a wish, and then watching the delicate seeds drift away, seemingly without a care in the world?

Lets take a moment to embrace that sense of freedom and lightness in our own lives,

letting go of worries and trusting that we too, can find our way.

Gratitude is something I need to remind myself of each day. Along with keeping a gratitude list, we can practice ‘gratitude breath.’

At the start of your day, take a few moments to combine your breath with gratitude. As you inhale, think of something you are grateful for, as you exhale, release any stress or negativity. This simple practice can create a positive shift in you day.
