Reiki for Stress Relief

One of the best parts of a Reiki session is the deep relaxation it brings. It’s like hitting the “pause” button on stress. When we relax, our muscles soften, and our body naturally starts to let go of tension. You may notice your heart and breathing slow down. Your blood pressure lowers a bit. These are all signs that you’re shifting out of the “fight or flight” mode we’re so often stuck in. Reiki gently nudges us into that deeply restful state where healing and calm can happen.
