Reiki

Reiki is a gentle healing and meditation practice that supports wellness, resiliency, mindfulness, and personal development. 

Developed in Japan by Mikao Usui in the early 1900’s. Reiki has been practiced in US beginning in the 1930’s when Hawayo Takata brought Reiki to the west. 

Increasingly, Reiki is being used in clinical settings from hospitals and hospices to private practice.

Virtual Reiki Practice on Zoom

Breath, Stillness, and Gentle Support from Wherever You Are

Sometimes the most healing moments come from simply slowing down, breathing deeply, and allowing yourself to be fully present.

I am now offering individual 30-minute Virtual Reiki sessions through Zoom, combining peaceful guided breath practices, meditation, and quiet Reiki inspired by the traditions of Japanese Usui Reiki Ryoho.

These sessions are designed to create a calm and supportive space from the comfort of your own home.

Creating Your Space

Before your session, you are invited to prepare a quiet and comfortable environment where you can relax without interruption. You may wish to sit in a favorite chair, rest on a yoga mat, light a candle, or simply settle into a peaceful corner of your home.

No prior Reiki or meditation experience is needed.

While virtual Reiki is different from in-person, many clients find that receiving Reiki at home allows them to relax more deeply and continue resting comfortably after the session ends.

What to Expect During Your 30-Minute Session

Each session is intentionally gentle, simple, and focused.

Arrival and Grounding

We begin with a brief check-in and grounding moment to help you settle into the session.

Meditation and Breath Practice

You will be guided through calming breathing and meditation techniques inspired by Japanese Usui Reiki Ryoho practices, helping quiet the mind and support relaxation.

Gentle Movement or Continued Breath Meditation

Depending on your needs, we may include soft seated movement, stretching, or continue with quiet breath awareness.

Quiet Reiki

During the Reiki portion of the session, you are invited to rest comfortably while Reiki is shared in silence and stillness.

Closing

We end with gentle grounding and a few quiet moments to transition back into your day.

Session Details

  • Format: Individual Zoom Session
  • Length: Sessions are designed to be approximately 30 minutes. Please allow up to 45 minutes total so there is space for settling in, discussion, and closing without feeling rushed.
  • Fee: $35.00
  • Focus: Breath practice, meditation, relaxation, Reiki – Japanese Usui Reiki Ryoho, including focused energy healing support for physical tension, pain, or injury recovery

These sessions are intended to offer a peaceful pause — a moment to reconnect with breath, calm the nervous system, and receive gentle support wherever you are.

TRE/Reiki

TRE practice 30 min, Reiki 30 min $80.00*

*Clients who have experience with the basics of TRE and the exercises may book the 30-minute TRE + 30-minute Reiki session
