Here are a few strategies to help you make time for TRE® and Reiki:
- Prioritize Your Well-being: Schedule TRE® and Reiki sessions as non-negotiable appointments in your calendar, just like you would a work meeting or family event.
- Create a Routine: Set aside a specific time each week/month dedicated to these practices, making it a regular part of your self-care routine.
- Start Small: Begin by setting aside a specific time for your first TRE® or Reiki practice.
- Utilize Transitional Moments: Take advantage of brief pockets of time, such as after a workout to add TRE® wall sit, a few minutes of tremor and peaceful integration time. Reiki practice includes meditations, using Reiki mediation during transition time can improve concentration for the next item in your busy day.
🗓️ TRE® Sessions: Join us on Zoom for TRE® practice on Tuesday and Wednesday at 7:00 PM. For in-person group sessions, TRE® with Reiki is held on Thursday night at 6:00 PM and Saturday morning at 9:00 AM. Registration is required—click Register Here to sign up.
