TRE® helps reduce stress by promoting the release of tension held in the body. The exercises encourage natural shaking and tremoring which can alleviate pent-up stress and create a sense of calm.

Here’s a quick rundown of our TRE Group sessions this week:
- Zoom: Join us Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM.
- Braintree (In-Person): We meet Thursday evenings at 7:00 PM and Saturday mornings at 9:00 AM. click Register Here to sign up.
