Reiki is a gentle, healing practice that helps to balance and restore your body’s natural energy. Through light touch and gentle hand placements, the practitioner uses Reiki to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support your body’s innate ability to heal.

TRE, or Tension and Trauma Release Exercises, is a gentle method designed to help release deep-seated stress and tension from your body. Using seven simple exercises, you stimulate your body’s natural tremor response, which helps to shake off and release built-up stress and trauma. Learn more TRE

TRE® Sessions: Join us on Zoom for TRE® practice on Tuesday and Wednesday at 7:00 PM. For in-person group sessions, TRE® with Reiki is held on Thursday night at 7:00 PM and Saturday morning at 9:00 AM. Registration is required—click Register Here to sign up.
