TRE® – Sometimes, I experience an emotional release so sudden and intense that it feels concerning. In those moments, I remind myself of what I read in David Berceli’s book, where he explains the basic design of the exercises and how they can affect me during practice.

“The only thing these exercises do is to release deep chronic tension in the muscle tissue. TRE® for Grounding
