Captivating Cello Rendition of Ireland’s Call by Patrick Dexter

This version is played on the cello and has a beautiful way of capturing the beauty in the surrounding area of his homeland. Give it a listen, if you have a moment to let your shoulders down and enjoy.

The power of a smile.

We are born with the natural ability to smile; it’s not something we need to learn. In fact the latest 3D ultrasounds have even shown developing babies smile in the womb!!

Smiling has a powerful impact on how we feel. It boosts our mood-enhancing hormones and reduces stress hormones like cortisol, even helping to lower blood pressure. When we smile, our facial muscles signal the brain to release endorphins, which can alleviate pain and stress. So, that simple act of smiling not only reflects our happiness but also helps to create it. 😊
